Dear Witches and Wizards of Night Run,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Each one of you will need to prove that you posses magical powers and arrive to Hogwarts after completing multiple magical tasks.
Your Journey to Hogwarts begins on April 10th (start time 10.00-13.00). We await your owl confirming your participation by no later than April 9th, 17.00. We are preparing magical artefacts and souvenirs for each wizard participating, so unfortunately we cannot accept late applications.
We must inform you that if you happen to be a muggle-born wizard (who has never seen or read a Harry Potter movie/book) you will be able to participate with no problems, due to the fact that none of the magical tasks include any trivia questions. Thus, no prior knowledge of HP is needed at all. However, to get the most enjoyment out of this day we recommend you to watch at least the 1st movie, it will not help you, but will certaintly enhance your experince. Likewise, if you are a huge Potter fan, but have never had any interest to play Nightrun/Encounter, you will enjoy this experience due to all the magical elements, actual wizards, souvenirs you will encounter during this journey.
